APS is a private psychological practice located in Westerly, Rhode Island.  We strive to provide the ultimate in quality of care to all patients; services include comprehensive psychological evaluations, neurofeedback, educational assessments, therapy, and consultation.  All age ranges are treated, and concerns frequently addressed include adolescent behavioral problems, academic difficulties, relationship stressors, anxiety, depression, ADHD evaluation, parenting concerns, and stress management.

The mission of APS is to provide the highest degree of effective holistic care to individuals and families, while utilizing an eclectic, research-based, and genuinely caring approach.

COVID-19 UPDATES: All of us at APS are doing our best to protect the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community. Limited staff is currently available to minimize the number of people on site. We are offering in person and telehealth sessions, based on client preference. Please note that our therapy appts are currently on a waitlist. For those interested in coming to Grove during this time, there is a pre-screening process (please do not enter if you have been ill, or have been in contact with anyone exposed to COVID-19). There is a hand sanitizing station upon entering, and we are requiring everyone to wear a mask and maintain social distance as possible. Per recent state requirements, proof of vaccination is currently required in order to not have the mask requirement. For those interested in telehealth, APS uses a secure videoconferencing app called pMD. For scheduling, please reach out via email to the Director and she will assist you right away. Please note that while voicemails are checked on a daily basis, there may be a slight delay in response due to no full time administrative staff currently on duty.
